Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ProvenPath: Premium Software website (the "Service") operated by ProvenPath: Premium Software ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Use of the Service
ProvenPath: Premium Software is an advertising agency that runs ads on the Google Ads network through their API. When a user clicks on an ad, the user is routed to our server where we collect data and then redirect them to our client's webpage. The client shares conversion data with us. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, processing, and sharing of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by ProvenPath: Premium Software and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content on the Service without express written permission from ProvenPath: Premium Software or its licensors.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You may not engage in any activities that could interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any data or information related to the Service.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ProvenPath: Premium Software, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProvenPath: Premium Software and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

In the event that any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Proven Path: Premium Software's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
ProvenPath: Premium Software reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of ProvenPath: Premium Software.
